Main Competition juror. Born in 1974 in Tehran, Iran. In 2001 she started working in the international section of the Documentary & Experimental Film Center (DEFC). Since then she’s been translating movie scripts, promoting and distributing Iranian films abroad, and participating in many film festivals (sometimes sitting on the jury) and international markets. In 2008 she became a festival programmer and selection commitee member with Cinema Verite – Iran International Documentary Film Festival.
