Documentary filmmaker Jolanta Dylewska takes a closer look at love during the Shoah. The last leader of the Warsaw Ghetto Uprising, Marek Edelman, told writer Paula Sawicka about surviving those atrocious times thanks to his steadfast spirit and emotions. Dylewska, acclaimed director and cinematographer, based her docudramatic essay on their book. The fictionalized segments were co-directed by Andrzej Wajda and the script was co-authored by Agnieszka Holland. Producer: Anna Wydra.
