Time. A limitless reservoir of possibilities or a permanent source of pressure and stress? Duty overload and shortage of time are legitimate problems faced by the globalised digital society. What is time, then? Experiencing it is a complex construct we have an illusion of controlling. It is not time, however, that we can control: it is just the behaviour within its span. How should we treat time so it treats us favourably? How can we stretch it so we can have a satisfying rest?

Host:

Irimina Bugaj, psychology student majoring in clinical psychology at Wrocław University. Time is of special interest to her, since it is the principal research subject of her master’s thesis. On a day-to-day basis, Irmina helps carry out projects focused on applied psychology and healthcare.
